Turtle Soup: A Mighty Princess (part 1)
Feb. 25th, 2010 10:28 pmFinally, a new strip - my "little" brother's comic debut!

This happened some years back (when I was still in college, and he in high school - he's graduating college this year, it's terrifying). Our weird day did not end there, but the second part is going to have to wait until I find better reference images.
I am concerned about the second & third panels on this. :/ Portraying motion is difficult! Input would not go amiss, if you(?) have any.

Hmm. I actually think you're portraying the motion quite well. It might come clearer if you gave it more page space or put it in the foreground. I think the motion itself is nicely rendered.

Unfortunately, I don't think I can do that without entirely redoing the strip, but I guess I'll keep it in mind for the future! I guess the main thing is whether most viewers can tell what's going on.
