(So yesterday I stopped in a convenience store to pick up emergency cereal, and you know how they have those signs with the date you must have been born by, to buy cigarettes? It was in 1992.)
I know! I got the same feeling when I went by the post office and it was like, here are the adult passport rules for those born on or after this date in 1994. I was like... sentient and productive in 1994!
